We'll email a COI naming your company as additional insured within 24 hours of account setup — standard practice for every commercial client. Yes. Every commercial job generates a diversion report showing weight diverted from landfill, destination facility, and MRF certification. Our current average is 72% diversion — well above the 50% threshold for LEED v4 credits. We've supported LEED certification on 14 commercial renovation projects in the past two years and know exactly what your sustainability team needs.
