We carry $2 million in general liability, workers' comp on every crew member, and commercial auto on every vehicle. We'll email a COI naming your company as additional insured within 24 hours of account setup — standard practice for every commercial client. Our Vendor Packet includes the full insurance schedule and our OSHA compliance documentation.
We need LEED diversion documentation. Can you provide it?
Yes. Every commercial job generates a diversion report showing weight diverted from landfill, destination facility, and MRF certification. Our current average is 72% diversion — well above the 50% threshold for LEED v4 credits. We've supported LEED certification on 14 commercial renovation projects in the past two years and know exactly what your sustainability team needs.
